Dan Melton is a dedicated Exercise Physiologist (ACSM) and Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) with a strong foundation in exercise science. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Rehabilitation Science and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Kinesiology at San Jose State University, specializing in Exercise Physiology.

Dan brings a wealth of experience to his work, having served as a Fitness Director, a personal trainer, and has worked as a Physical Therapist Aide. These roles have given him a unique perspective on bridging the gap between rehabilitation and training.

Certified by ACSM as Exercise Physiologist and NSCA as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and the NASM as a personal trainer. Dan is also CPR, First Aid, and AED certified. His comprehensive expertise ensures that clients of all fitness levels receive safe, effective, and personalized guidance toward their goals.

When he’s not coaching, Dan enjoys an active lifestyle filled with outdoor sports. He loves running, playing basketball, and snowboarding. At home, Dan values time with his family, often playing games and creating memories.

Fun Fact: Dan spent two years playing semi-professional football in the Midwest, showcasing his dedication to athletic performance and teamwork.
